Summary of the Proposed Changes to the Bylaws:

 

COVER PAGE

• Updates to Version 6 and revision date

ARTICLE IV

Section 4.2

• Removes outdated language regarding a voting representative

ARTICLE V

Section 5.3

• Clarifies that electronic mail shall be deemed to be written notice

 

ARTICLE VI

Section 6.5

• Changes the term of elected officers to commence immediately upon election

ARTICLE VII

Section 7.5

• Adds e-mail as a method of notice for a special meeting

​

ARTICLE VIII

Section 8.4

• Adds records management to the duties of the Executive Director

​

ARTICLE IX

Section 9.2

• Changes the quorum requirement for the executive committee from 4 to 3
